Christiane Amanpour debuted as the new anchor of ABC News’ “This Week” earlier today. For her premiere show, she had exclusive interviews with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates. Both interviews among other features are available on the new “This Week” website at http://abcnews.go.com/thisweek
While the show’s format remains essentially the same, you will likely notice a few cosmetic changes along with a new musical theme, written by jazz trumpet player Chris Botti and Grammy Award winning composer David Foster.
